Mini Hotpot was founded by Jay Xue in Chamblee, GA in 2004. It was the first mini hotpot restaurant in the Atlanta area until the second location opened in Duluth in 2009. Mini Hotpot follows strict standard, outstanding quality, and vivid presentation to deliver exceptional experience for all customers. All our ingredients are locally sourced where possible for us to provide the freshest and healthiest to our customers.

We, at Mini Hotpot, serve one pot per guest, each pot is personal-sized to ensure complete satisfaction and cleanliness. We offer the highest quality ingredients with choice of 7 freshly-made broths. On the side, we also have our own unique house sauces for each individuals to mix with his or her preference. Healthy dining has never been so satisfying.
